ookplay Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") govern the relationship between ookplay (hereinafter "ookplay", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ookplay online gaming platform accessible at ookplay.net and its associated mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

ookplay is a licensed online gaming operator regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The Company is committed to operating a fair, transparent, and responsible gaming environment for all players in the Philippines. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete legal framework governing your use of the Platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

02Eligibility

To register and use the ookplay Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon discovery, with all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-underage gambling regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, associations, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of ookplay or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or PAGCOR-regulated partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the ookplay Platform, or from any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform under a cross-operator exclusion arrangement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other competent gaming regulatory authority.

ookplay reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ookplay may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ookplay Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ookplay reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• A valid and active email address that you own and control;
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are at least 21 years of age;
• Your current residential address within the Philippines;
• A valid Philippine mobile number;
• Your preferred payment method information, subject to our cashier verification requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ookplay shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify ookplay immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ookplay's support team is available 24/7 and will act promptly to secure your account upon receiving a verified report of unauthorised access.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all accounts prior to processing withdrawals and for accounts flagged for enhanced due diligence. ookplay may request additional identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the Platform, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements.

04Player Conduct

By using the ookplay Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information to ookplay, including false identity documents, fabricated payment records, or misrepresentation of your age or residency status.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and sports betting pools.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers, welcome bonuses, or referral programmes in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Arbitrage Betting: Using the ookplay sportsbook in combination with other platforms to guarantee profits irrespective of outcome through systematic arbitrage or matched betting strategies at a commercial scale.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the ookplay Platform to launder proceeds of unlawful activity. ookplay complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward ookplay staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ookplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ookplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency networks. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status and applicable regulatory requirements.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may be subject to account-level restrictions.
• Deposits are credited to your account wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ookplay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• A completed KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for verified GCash and PayMaya accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• ookplay reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in compliance with AMLC reporting requirements.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements as described in the Bonuses & Promotions section below.

06Bonuses & Promotions

ookplay offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and reload bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion.

General bonus terms applicable across all ookplay promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided upon expiry.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once, using only one registered account. Any attempt to claim the same promotion across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• ookplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
• ookplay reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or void any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms in connection with the claiming or use of the bonus.

07Games & Betting Rules

ookplay offers a library of over 3,000 games sourced from licensed and internationally certified game providers. All games available on the Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics that have been independently audited for fairness and compliance with applicable gaming standards.

Specific betting rules, minimum and maximum stake limits, payout structures, and game-specific terms are displayed within each game environment and in the relevant game provider's documentation. It is your responsibility to review and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects a game round, ookplay will endeavour to resolve the matter in a fair and transparent manner. Where a game result cannot be verified due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned. ookplay's decision on technical disputes shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in our FAQ.

For sports betting markets, ookplay follows standard industry settlement rules. In-play betting is available on selected events. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at ookplay's discretion if accepted in error. Suspicious or irregular betting patterns may be subject to review, and bets may be voided or winnings withheld pending investigation.

08Responsible Gaming

ookplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all products and platforms. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our obligations to minimise gambling-related harm seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ookplay players at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your account wallet.
• Loss Limits: Set caps on the total amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that your details be added to our exclusion register. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by our support team and are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the ookplay Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, audio clips, game assets, user interface designs, and the overall arrangement thereof (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of ookplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the ookplay gaming service. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or reverse-engineer any Platform Content without the prior written consent of ookplay.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may constitute a violation of copyright law, trademark law, and other applicable regulations, and will result in the immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ookplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if ookplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ookplay expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, including but not limited to losses from casino games, sports bets, bingo, and wheel games;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions;
• Any decision made by a game provider regarding the settlement of a game round.

Where ookplay is found liable for any claim arising out of these Terms, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Termination

ookplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ookplay reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where continued operation of your account would present a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Company.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of a verified request. Any outstanding verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement.

12Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through ookplay's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, without prejudice to PAGCOR's authority to adjudicate gaming-specific disputes as the competent regulatory authority.

ookplay operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable PAGCOR regulations or directives, the PAGCOR regulations or directives shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

13Amendments

ookplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ookplay will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to the address registered on your account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, or both.

Your continued use of the ookplay Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendments.

The date shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms became effective. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations as a player.
